With our last wedding for 2015 in the books we look forward to the holidays. I can honestly say I am excited and ready to start celebrating. Thanksgiving will be filled with delicious food, family, and hunting. For all this and more, I give thanks. Since the food is bought, the invites are out, and my husband and our two sons handle the hunting, I guess that only leaves one thing for me to do, decorate! Good thing it's kinda my specialty. Hope you enjoy this Thanksgiving inspiration board. We would love to see what you create, post your photos on our Blooming Envy Facebook Page.

I am absolutely in love with flower crowns. I have been seeing them around for a few years now but the trend is getting BIG! I predict in 2016 flower crowns are something many brides will be asking for. Crowns are the perfect wedding day accessory. They come in all shapes and styles. You can have a few flowers on one side, a wispy halo of dainty flowers or you can go big and bold. Your crown can be customized to your wildest dreams. One thing is for sure, they are always a show stopper! My favorite are the big, messy, Bohemian styles. What are yours?
Do you need an amazing flower crown? Blooming Envy would love to design one for your wedding, contact us today. Hello Winter! Glad you are finally here. Tho I am not happy about the super cold weather we have been having, I have been enjoying the beauty that Mother Nature creates this time of year. So in honor of Mother Nature I put together some "cool" design inspiration. What do you think of winter nuptials?
Can winter get any longer? If your house is anything like mine, you can tell Old Man Winter has over stayed his welcome. People are getting crabbier, you never see the sun and you can't leave the house without wearing half of your wardrobe. If the weatherman says that S* word again, I think I am going to scream.
Even though we are stuck with winter a bit longer we can still dream about the warmth and sunshine of spring. Check out this inspiration board of a spring wedding guaranteed to get rid of those winter blues, at least for a little while.
The appearance of the groundhog this past weekend has left me with hope that the long days of winter will soon be a memory. But since we still have a few weeks to go, all one can do is make the best of what Wisconsin winter will bring. As for me, I am growing use to the long hours of darkness. In fact I took inspiration from a recent starry night for this board. Lose yourself in the feeling of magic and closeness that only night can offer. Imagine yourself taking pictures with a full moon in the background or the soft glow of candles at your receptions. Regardless of the season, you are always guaranteed the wonder of nightfall and a show of evening lights. Whether they are from Mother Nature or mankind, both can offer unique beauty. If you need more ideas or help creating your own starry night to remember contact us.
Trending for weddings right now, and I am in love with myself, are succulent/herb plant centerpieces. Not only do you get beautiful table decor but also awesome favors for your guests. And they are "green"! Literally and the eco kind. I am sure we will be seeing a lot of these "recyclable" flowers around for some time to come and why not? They can be interpreted into almost any design and the natural green is a great neutral color to match with any design scheme. Are you jumping on this trend wagon? Has the recent cloudy, rainy weather left you feeling gloomy? I know I sure have felt like staying in my PJ's and in my bed a little more than normal lately. To get out of my funk I went on a flower picture hunt. Check out these awesome wedding inspiration ideas I put together. Guaranteed to chase away that gloomy feeling and maybe even spark your creativity. Let me know your favorite picture on the board. |
